Welcome everyone. I am so happy that you are here. After a successful career in teaching 11-18 year old teenagers, I answered the calling to develop my intuitive skills and put them together with my inspiring coaching skills to help spiritual, intuitive and spiritually aware lightworkers develop their skills further, so that they can become the best version of themselves. In the last 20 years I have also been on a self awareness journey, and have dealt with quite a few traumatic events in my life. Dealing with these traumas was of paramount importance to me as I did not believe I had the skills to get through them. I journeyed through different courses to find the healer within. This is how I came to be a Reiki Healer and an NLP Trained Practitioner almost 20 years ago. I also Trained as a Hypnotherapist, a Psych-K® Facilitator, EAM Mentor and Akashic Records Consultant and Teacher, Soul Journeys Method ®. My most recent success has been in Qualifying as a Heartmath® Coach, EAM Mentor®, Advanced Helix Method Mentor® and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner. I am now honoured to have combined these modalities to facilitate your spiritual uplevelling journey in a fast, easy and safe container.

So what does this mean for you?I have been able to combine all of these methods to help others develop and enhance their intuitive skills, as well as enabling them to release limiting beliefs and patterns and creating much needed shifts that enable them to become more aligned and effective spiritual workers.

Since practising the these techniques and using them to empower myself, I have found my peace within, more connection to my Heart, I feel calmer, I sleep better and I worry so much less. I have been able to let go of patterns that have not served me in the past, and I now have developed a love of myself (after years of self loathing!)
